Urban environments worldwide face a pressing challenge: the absence of green spaces, resulting in adverse effects on both mental and physical well-being. Despite growing interest in vertical gardening, its integration remains limited within urban settings. AltruPots is (almost) ready to change this narrative by offering an accessible, scalable solution to address these pressing urban issues.
At the core of this initiative lies the innovative concept of AltruPots – environmentally conscious growing pots crafted from recycled materials. These pots would not only maximize vertical space utilization but also utilize rainwater and grey water, ensuring sustainable cultivation practices. My vision extends beyond functionality; AltruPots would serve as catalysts for community cohesion and sustainable living.
